Look Around You are Amongst Brothers and Friends

The Third Step in Freemasonry is the most significant happening in the life of a Mason. It is in many ways just the beginning of one’s journey in the Craft but it is also the culmination of what preceded this very special occasion.

Members of Richmond Lodge were all figuratively speaking walking beside our newest Master Mason, Brother Jean Vega as the ceremony unfolded. I remember an older and experienced Freemason saying on such an occasion “look around you amongst brothers and friends”.

Bro Jean came to us as a Lewis well supported by his father Worshipful Brother Augustin Vega who has just recently been Installed as Worshipful Master of Lodge Enseñanza No.12, of the Great East of Colombia, Latin America
