The Installation of V.Wor.Bro. Ian Burgess, P.G.I.Wkgs., was carried out with R.Wor.Bro. Tony Bucca, P.S.G.W., Installing Master, accompanied by a wonderful array of Grand Officers selected from Past Grand Teams.
The enjoyment of this evening was such that he and those present will certainly not forget it for a long time.
The team was under the direction of two Past Grand Directors, R.Wor.Bro. Bill Valentan, P.J.G.W and V.Wor.Bro. Don Reynolds, P.G.D.C.
The evening was one where good ritual and ceremonial were coupled with humour, a relaxed atmosphere and an enjoyment of the craft so that all the brethren present were able to feel part of the Ceremony.
Members of the team came from as far afield as Euroa and Korumburra with visitors in attendance from Shepparton.
This is Ian’s second time as Master having previously been Installed in 1980.
