750 gr chuck steak cubed
1/2 cup of oil
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
4 Tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300 ml beer
300 ml beef stock
1 clove of garlic
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Brown steak in oil
Add onion and carrots and cook for 5 minutes
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute
Add tomato paste, stock, beer, garlic, rosemary, milk and chopped parsley and bring to boil.
Transfer to oven dish, cover and bake at 150 degrees for 2 hours until beef is tender
