Grand Royal Matron’s Official Visit to the Victorian Courts was a huge success

The Grand Royal Matron, H.L. Heather Baker and Grand Royal Patron, S.K. Don Cobcroft began their Official Visit  at Royal Victoria Court  on Thursday the 22nd September.

Our intrepid travellers, all fifteen of them, arrived for a pre-dinner jewellery demonstration ( a fundraiser for Royal Vic) and then dinner. Lots of conversation over the meal and then into the Court Room.

 The Court Room looked absolutely re-splendid with so many happy members present. The proceedings as you would expect were quite inspirational. Not only were we honoured with the presence of our Grand Royal Matron but we had S.K. Noel Creighton, Grand Lecturer making his Official Visit too.

 The Royal Matron of Royal Victoria was somewhat delayed as her father, S.K. Ron Croft, was admitted to Ararat Hospital that morning — H.L. Helen and H.L. Norma arrived just in time for the meeting.    Our thoughts and prayers are with S.K. Ron for a speedy recovery.
