Advancement of the Order

Targeting Growth is our objective for 2010 – 2011. We need to develop new strategies to deal with the decline in membership we have experienced in recent years.

As a means of Targeting Growth we have developed a plan to provide Courts with a ‘Growth Consultation’. Details about the consultation are outlined in the May copy of the Advancement Newsletter.

The consultation will seek to establish a set of goals for your Court and help you to develop a plan of action to increase membership. It is envisaged that the time required for the consultation will be approximately 45 minutes and can be held as part of your regular Court Meeting or at a time that would suit the majority of your members.

Who will conduct the consultation? A member of the Advancement Committee will be assigned to your Court who has the appropriate skill and training.

We are looking forward to an exciting year and believe that much can be achieved as we work together to build on and grow our Order.
